can't see anybody rags to riches.
she is the real deal. |
Damn High Agian all the way on the outside. :( That sucks. I dont know guys, I may just try and beat Rags with CBlossom and Octave. I also like High Heels and High Agian. Might try and play me a super with Rags in the 2nd,3rd and 4th spot but not the top. what ya think? I think she is the far better horse but with the layoff, maybe they have a chance to get her?
|
Think I'll take a shot with Dreaming of Anna. Even if Frank C. loads up on her she'll still be long. And yea I probably will take a shot with a D of A/Street Sense double and hope BC can repeat itself. At least both have a win over the track in front of big crowds.

Rags to Riches will need to be pulling a piano not to win this! :)
She's a monster! |

Can you elaborate on this? I respect your opinion so I'm just wondering what your rationale is. . . |

I wouldn't touch her in this race. If Pletcher was doing right by the horse instead of listening to her owners, she'd be running in the La Troienne instead (and probably winning.) |
And you have significant posting limitations.
Come on Philski....get with the program here. |
Mistical Plan. What are her chances? She looks like a friggen colt.

if anyone is looking, NTRA.com has the PP's up for the Oaks.
|
What about.....
Sealy Hill? Rags to Riches looks to be the Oaks/Derby double single, but i give Sealy Hill a longshot chance.

I kinda like High Heels. I don't think Rags is a shoo-in.
|

|
Hoping for Cash Included, I took her in the first future pool.....

I see they tried the Turf. I haven't been following the fillies much at all. |

and she was also growing a lot. |
I will probably use 3,4,7,11,12,14 in for the tri/super.

Off the board!

Originally, I thought it was silly to run her, but seeing as though she seems fit and ready to go, I have to like Dreaming of Anna from a handicapping standpoint. She has a great post and shouldn't have too much pressure on the front other than Mistical Plan. I don't foresee them going crazy out there. If you discount her two starts earlier this year in which Calabrese cites a big @$$ and lady issues as the cause, she is just as talented as Rags to Riches in my opinion. Her affinity for the surface doesn't hurt either.
My main pick sides with my man Tiznow and his girl Tough Tiz's Sis. She's going to put Sunland Park on the map! hehe. I'll play a special Tiznow/Tiznow Oaks/Derby double with she and Liquidity just for kicks. I'm hoping that Baffert can make a splash in the Oaks to overcome his absence in the Derby. I'd enjoy seeing this result. |

it looks like i'll be going with rags,cotton blossom,dreaming of anna,octave |
What has Dreaming Of Anna done recently to get the backing that she has?? Am I missing something?? If i remember correctly, she was beaten by some gals who are no where near the field she will be facing today...

Any thoughts on why Leparoux landed on the #8? Thought he would have taken Zito's mount.
Not that either look too imposing in here... |
