Dylan Thomas on his way back

entered this weekend in the listed Alleged Stakes at the Curragh on Sunday. It'll be his first run since the Jockey Club Gold Cup.

jaripeo 04-10-2007 04:42 PM

This is a great news. His reappearance depend in ground conditions as OŽBrien said for Sundays race. He also could be scratched, Septimus his stablemate is also register for that race.
He may face a good British horse call Steenberg and the always dangerous J. Dunlop horse Jeburgh.
I hope Dylan Made it.

my miss storm cat 04-12-2007 02:08 AM

Nice to see him back.

Brockguy, this has nothing to do with anything but i read the Maraahel had a nice gallop.....

Here's hoping he has a good year too.

Corrections: Steenberg and Jeburgh will not face Dylan, their programing to race in the Castlemartin & La Louviere Stk (G3) . There, I think Decado will be the one to beat. Sorry. :o

You're becoming a real cutie pie.

I'm ashamed to say I don't know the double meaning, but i'll ask you one instead.

This was written in blood, a suicide note, before he hanged himself in a Leningrad hotel room in 1925. A romantic life, a tragic death.... alcoholism, despair, mental problems..... do you kow who wrote this?

Here's part of it.....

Goodbye my friend
No hand clasped,
no word spoken.
Don't be sad.....

Hmmm...good one. I have several answers, but all would kill me for it.

I hate looking stupid.

Definitely not Thomas as he drank himself to death in NYC.

But any other would be a guess and I don't want to do that...so I give.

They would not listen, they're not listening still.
Perhaps they never will...
