GO UP F'n 20 so I can study

I feel a little sorry for Oden. He does look extraordinarily old and he is only 19 years old. He seems like a really nice kid all in all. He takes a heck of a lot of crap. And it was all yes sir and no sir to the ref. when he was sitting ready to check back in.

This is a game easy to overdo emotions with fist pumping bravado. Oden seems like a big talented teddy bear. He did make a push during the Xavier game, but he was getting beat up and heckled. Ambivalent feeling here. I like the kid. But then I dont like his intensity/consistency. Doesnt seem fair. I guess I dont like picking on big nice kids, and he just a kid.

hoovesupsideyourhead 04-02-2007 09:21 PM

pgdn he seems like a nice guy no ill will from me ..plus he will be making millions in a few years so ..

How does Florida not win it all next year? They get everyone back by the white dude that drains? Noah aint going nowhere and not really sure about Hortford, no jump shot yet.....

Noah is gone. Horford most likely is too. They both go high. Noah is a top 10 imo. easily. I wish he were not so the Spurs would have a shot at him.

Pat, I agree with you, when I was 19 I was causing problems and loving life, he has the weight of a whole university on him, and quite honestly, he seems to handle it pretty well, doesn't really open his mouth up. It is kinda sick what has happened to childhood sports, kids that are 14 year olds are making plans to get to the major leagues in 5 years.

Noah in NO WAY is a top 10 pick, he has NOTHING and will get chewed up in the NBA. I actually don't think Oden is gone, I think he will stay one more year, he wouldn't be the first pick this year, Durant would be.

Scav 04-02-2007 10:11 PM

Getting way too close right now

whorstman 04-02-2007 10:17 PM

Horford is taking over, Noah is off. They are both gone next year. No reason to stay.

And for the record, I do respect your college basketball opinion, you have a clue when it comes to ball, but seriously Pat, if I sat and thought about it, I could think of 8-12 more polished/better players then Noah right now, and that is only United States players, their is probably some 8 footer in China and probably a couple 7'2 euro's that drain 3's like no tomorrow

If Oden enters he goes ahead of Durant assuming Durant goes. You just cant pass up a big man like this. Noah, dont just look at this game. He is incredibly mobile. His offense is bad, but in the NBA it gets better. He goes top 10 ima tellin ya Scavs. But I would pray I am wrong.

Sorry Whort, but I doubt Donavon is going anywhere. ESPECIALLY if they stay, they will easily 3 beat....The freshman that they have that they are using to body Oden looks like he will be serious next year

Scav 04-02-2007 10:22 PM

ONE F'N TIME cover a spread for me..ONE TIME!!!(Snap snap snap) (program across the leg, program across the leg)

Don't be so sure of that...

I'm just telling you guys that he just cancelled a huge seminar he was doing with our company and the reasons stated pointed that there was a strong possibility he was going to Kentucky. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest...

But for now...

GO GATORS!!! Couldn't be happier right now. :D

There is no reason for him to leave. He will make the same jack at Florida that he'd make at kentucky, has better talent in place at Florida and doesn't have to deal with unrealistic expectations from the alumni. It is far more likely he would try the pros if he's up for the ego challenge.
