Both of those statements are a joke. Unless they had a freak rainstorm that didn't register on any of the weather websites I checked, they got between .10 and .15" of rain over the past two days.

I think you can ask the same question of HVG - he shadowed Garcia and gets the horse settled and saves all the ground, then lets the rail close instead of going with the horse when he's clear
