:zz: You've posted that silly, crazy comment before. I've never written anything like that.

I've referred you back - twice - to the original posts which were about innovative doctors forming practices that didn't take insurance for routine problems, saving money for practice and patient.

Apparently the above sentence is too complex in meaning for you to grasp? So you keep repeating stuff I've never said?

And you call me dumb?

It isnt ignorance, it is arrogance. Settled science, you know....

You also praised the understanding Jimmy Carter has of the complexity of the mid-east, read his books and don't agree with his conclusion.

Do these Dr's handle rattlesnakes on Sundays as well? Give me the names of these innovative DR's please!!!!

You and the kid across the street from me are the only GOP Huffington readers I know of. His excuse is his parents are neo-cons and he takes the short bus; you?

you said and I quote, "The hot new thing now for many doctor practices in smaller towns (like a general or internal medicine practice) is to stop taking insurance, and charge cash for everything (exams, usual lab work, etc). It costs everybody less. The patients pay a very reasonable amount for the cost of the office visit, labwork, etc. (rather than their copay), as the cost doesn't have to be inflated to pay for messing with insurance companies. Quick and neat, cheaper for everyone. They patients only use their insurance if they get admitted to hospital, etc."

:D

and to clear the Carter mystery you said and again I quote, "Obama has a strong interest in, and understanding of, the myriad of complexities involving the various countries in the middle east. Tribal relations, power struggles, economics, historic, religious, etc. Carter had (and has) the same. Both "get it" - that it's an incredibly complicated, multi-layered area of the world."

:zz: :zz:

and despite that understanding you don't agree w/him? Please give me these Dr's names need to check their street cred. LMAO

dellinger63 12-19-2009 10:37 AM

more of the same BS, do as I say not as I do. Mmmm hasn't doomsday come and gone for the big eared, imbred Prince? These buffoons need to put on their Nike gym shoes, take some kool-aid and wait for the mothership.

and I know Riot, Global warming is to blame for the snow expected in the S. of France and the eastern seaboard. In fact this morning my coffee maker produced ice coffee and despite sitting on the stove for a 1/2hr my eggs were still ice cold and it was snowing in the kitchen.

You're hilarious, Dell. You misquote me, I correct you and point you to what I really wrote, and then you quote what I wrote to me.

Take that, me! I agree I wrote it, and I stand by it! :D

Yeah, Dell - for the umpteenth time - I don't agree with much of Carter's dealings in the middle east at the time. Not a fan, didn't vote for him. Yes, I think he understands very well that the middle east is complex (tribal relations, history of the region, etc), just don't like what he did with it at the time.

You are free to continue - ad nauseum - to get angry and offended that I hold that opinion. Too bad for you, huh? That people think differently than you do?

And you are now apparently angry that some doctors have created innovative practices to deal with increasing costs and insurance issues? :zz: And that's my fault, how? :D

Yes, Dell, I read the HuffPost. Also FoxNews. Daily Beast. WSJ. CNN. And check out AP stories (USA Today, etc).

I find it makes it easier to find the truth in the middle by reading a variety of sources, some slanted, some not, versus getting "news" from oped pages and one very slanted source.

carter! water your lawn with seawater! and isn't there ALREADY co2 in your "carbonated" beverage? spinning head emoticon.

it was taking dell too long to respond so i just went with his usual odd combination of disconnected nonsense.

Well done :tro:

You know, if the sea rises another inch or so due to this "climate change" nonsense, that flooding won't displace millions of people and remove land upon which they grow food - the excess will just spill off the end of the flat earth.

Actually you can water your lawn and grow a garden with sea water , you run it through copper pipes above ground and the sun causes condensation and also makes the water fresh. They have been doing it for years at the Natural Energy Lab in Hawaii. Its amazing the things you can do with cold sea water , you would think our government woud pursue that more and have at least one desalination plant on the eastern seaboard. Too simple I think .

my thought is that there's no money to be "grafted" or "earmarked" by our Fearless leaders".....so that plan won't sail!

More room for sea food! The beach crops will definitely suffer.

I asked for these Dr's names that is all and you just regurgitate your nonsense. I know a few who say you're specialty is de-clawing gerbils. Give me names! PLEASE!

BTW I have no clue why you read books by a guy whose conclusions you don't agree with but in between gerbils you must have more time on your hands than most. Both Obama and Carter are anti-semites but tell me more how snow in areas who have never seen it proves your point of Global Warming... :zz:

I think the worse-case scenario is about a mile north of where NO is now ;) And the Keys, Marco, basically everything south of Alligator Alley back to swamp.

Go on the internets, and use that Googley tool, and enter, "doctors who do not accept insurance"

You will get many, many, many of ... what do they call them? Oh, yeah - 'hits'. You know, like practices, doctor names, tons of articles about that 'nonsense' you think doesn't exist (it's an idea that's kinda been around for some time)

Of the gerbils? Hell, no. They don't like their cosmetic procedures to be discussed or made public.

Guess why other people read will just have to remain a mystery to you.

I can't. I've never said that.

I'm sure Obama hired Rahm due to his anti-semitism. Kinda like he's a racist against the white people that raised him. But I thought Obama was the anti-Christ? A Communist? A Marxist? A Socialist? Kenyan? A Nigerian Prince? Which is it, Dell? I want names!

it doesn't prove any point. but one of the reasons "climate change" is more descriptive that "global warming" is precisely because it takes into account other changes, including those in precipitation patterns, that occur as temperatures rise.

some area's that had been wet will receive less. some area's that had been dry will receive more.

snow falling where it never did before? it doesn't "prove" climate change any more that any other single datapoint does. but as the world warms, there may be snowfall in places where it hadn't fallen before. as anti-intuitive as that sounds.
