You can line 50 people up and give them crack or blow every day for 3 weeks, and chances are all 50 will become addicted. Take another 50 people and give them alcohol everyday for 3 weeks and you might get 2 or 3 alcoholics.

You are right about having opinions and yadda yadda, but there are some here that haven't done drugs of any kind, so how can they have an opinion on it and what it does

Maybe I am just looking at it in a different context than others.

Ziggy: they rounded them up and took them to get registered to vote. do you think they did that out of the goodness of their heart. They did it for one reason..to have a place that was conducive to having the new voters consider their candidates as the better or more sympathetic choice.

you still are dodging my question.
what's wrong, btw, with getting people to register to vote? i hounded my daughter about it til she finally registered. so, you're saying because they took potential voters to a mosque, it helped a candidate? how does the setting of a mosque do that?

Pretty much anybody will say that the more new voter registered the more they are Democrat....that's just past history. ACORN has been proven to have acted fraudulently, and they have serious ties to Obama and others as well. Have you not read about the lawsuits involving ACORN?

Guess which side cigarettes would fall on?

okay I agree with that.. but give another 50 people weed every day for 3 weeks and how many addicts would you get?

I'm not going to ever argue about crack or blow... Its the weed thing I'm arguing.

You think it falls on the side of everyone becoming addicted?

Honestly? I have no idea. Most of the people I know that smoke it are addicted to it.

Yeah, cigarettes are incredibly addictive. There is no single scale that you can judge drugs on, some are more potent, some are more addictive, some are more dangerous, etc. Interestingly though marijuana is on the bottom end of the scale in pretty much every category yet is it lumped in with the hard drugs while alcohol and nicotine are fine.
