Tri key Charitable Man over Choco Candy, Dunkirk and Mine That Bird

I have a win wager on Flying Private based solely on pedigree

With Charitable Man a current overlay, I felt I had to do this

That's a stretch...which of these Penna winners didn't look good on paper? Baletti was certainly a fit on paper with those horses. He is getting better at the right time and caught the right field...Diamondrella's figures were right there with everyone except Forever Together and she had the best trip considering the way the turf is playing as it seems to be a huge advantage to be outside on the grass today. Anyone inside is spinning their wheels.

He won the derby on tactics.

The preakness fell apart and sucked other than the winner.

Birdstone as sire does NOT mean the horse is bred to go 12 furlongs. This example has illustrated how poor the public pedigree info is. Summer Bird will not be around either.

Charitable Man, Dunkirk and Chocolate Candy are the only 3 real 12 furlong horses in the race. Box them in the exacta until it comes out of your ears.

well, he flattened out, but he should have been in the exacta. He was asked for run prematurely and that cost him 2nd place.

I didn't like Summer Bird at all. Summer Bird was bet surprisingly heavy in some of the exotics.
Trifecta pool sucked. (a good bit of that can be attributed to players singling MTB in all three slots)
Brooklyn/Belmont Double SUCKED A$$ - 168 for a BUCK?? that didn't even make sense. i have no idea what happened there

so Summer Bird was getting bet a little bit in some of the exotic pools.

My father picked summer bird, I didn't have him 1st or 2nd on any tickets...

I should seriously consider taking you on as my protege. After a few months, I'd have you disregarding figures and wise tales when it comes to turf racing.

My point is not that these horses, and others in Penna's barn, are performing so well relative to their recent form but rather that they've improved significantly since Penna first got them. Bialetti was a flat out plug, and Diaomondrella wasn't much better, under Violette's care. Penna has been killing them this year.

That's my point.
