He's done nothing for Illinois but 'piggyback' his name onto many Bills to prop up his "cred". He is an eliteist,as is his wife,and has no telling grasp of foreign policy. His plan for revenue and taxes will set America back 80yrs(1929 anyone?)

i'm thinking arljim was saying that he's the 'big brown' (racehorse) of politics because everyone is lauding him, the pr wagon is huge, but the horse..er, man just isn't really as good as everyone is making him out to be.
