They pay 3 out of 4. There is a track who is going to start a pick 4 carryover if it isnt hit. I cant remember who it is.

I don't know? i was assuming i didn't get any PK4 payouts on Youbet for anything other than the 6-8-10

I got those payoffs off of TVG. Yes, the pick 4 pays to all horses.
