Z is a Lithuanian Mummy, not Russian.
Mike Brown is the worst coach in the NBA, that is the problem Cannon. There are no other serious issues besides poor coaching. A disgraceful display which was what all of us Cleveland fans expected |
You guys baffle me. A disgraceful display?? They played a team that won over 20 more games than them and played them to a standstill. They had a chance to win the series. AS a coach in the playoffs, Mike Brown teams have played higher seeded teams 4 times...took Detroit to 7 games in 2006 with a legit shot to win game 6...beat Detroit in 6 games in 2007, got swept by SA with a starter hurt...lost in 7 to Boston with a legit shot to win with a team with 4 brand new players in the rotation the last month and a half.
Mortimer, you can't stand LeBron James. We get it. It is beyond insightful your brilliance. It is mystical. The last 3 seasons with Mike Brown as coach and LeBron James as their star are the 3 best consecutive seasons in franchise history. And that is a flat out indisputable fact. 5 postseason series victories in these last 3 years surpasses the 4 total postseason series' won in their first 35 years of existence. You guys are a circus act. Yes, mortimer and bid... before the combined travesty of Mike Brown and LeBron James showed up in Cleveland the Cavaliers were the model franchise...they have completely ruined it forever. Being a factor in the post season is simply not what you want in an NBA franchise. The vast array of nothingness for 36 years was far superior to what we see now. Because at least then there wasn't the worst coach in NBA history on hand or the frozen one. LeBron is no Ben Poquette, that's for sure. |

Please take note that The FROZEN ONE handles all offensive coaching responsibilities. Haven't you noticed? |
The Frozen One has too much influence in the coaching, which is another reason Mike Brown needs to leave. They hired that stiff with real coaches availible to father Lebron. Lebron has 2 or 3 kids himself, he doesnt need a father figure anymore, he needs a coach that tells him what to do. Mike Brown is content running all offensive sets through Brown and basically playing playground ball with amped up defense.
Maincourse, I would much rather see the team offense of the 91-94 Cavs. The early 90s team would wipe the floor with Mike Browns team |
YOU GUYS HAVE NO CLUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The reason the cavs blew out was so obvious to REAL Cavs fans....... |
Morty I am disappointed that your hatred of the Frozen One has distracted you from the real problem....
|
What do you think the real reason is
|
Quote:
No Eric Snow!!!! |
Snow has kept his position at the end of the bench. Whether hes in street clothes, or a warm up, he has the same affect. He stands there and looks stupid, which is essentially the same thing Mike Brown does. Two things the Cavs badly need to change is the Urban pregame arena announcer, and Mike Brown. Mike Brown is an idiot, and the pregame guys sounds like some thug throwing dice on the corner of E99th

I do,to be fair, still think Brown's hands are tied by the owner. |

Here's the thing,Sissy's.
Continue being blind...worship The FROZEN ONE...admire his joint....make him your own ,new god. And I will continue to point out how nerdy that is. Perhaps Bling Notorious will join in. |
Someone seems to be out of ammo.
Ah wonder who??? |

I figure the Cavs run of semi success has another year or 2 to go. But just think of the cap room to operate when the frozen one, the mummy, wally world, the snowman and the player formerly known as Ben Wallaces' contracts expire. Then they can build around the hair guy and boobie. Maybe Boozer will be available? or Tyler hansborough?

I do agree with Bid the late 80s/early 90s Cavs were a better team without question, but the problem with that team is they never stayed healthy. Price and Daugherty were extremely fragile and it was rare when they were healthy together for extended periods. After breaking out in '89 with 57 wins they then won only 42 in '90 and 33 in '91 with Daugherty missing much of '90 and Price missing most of '91. So they had lost seasons interspersed between their good seasons due to injury. They then won 57 in '92 and 54 in '93. Those teams won playoff series' in only two seasons...'92 and '93. So the '91 team that won 33 games would wipe up Brown teams Bid?? Of course not. I honestly think you under rate Brown...they overperfromed this year...they were outscored...should have been sub .500, they weren't. They overachieved. I felt they played well in postseason compared to how they finished the year. I wasn't sure they'd get out of the first round and they had a legit shot to beat a 66 win team in game 7 on the road in the Eastern semis. IN a couple years the frozen one and Brown will be gone, then we'll see some success I guess. |
My previous post will likely be my last Cavs post of the year Mortimer and Bid. I'm sure you're all quite broken up about that!! :D :D I've been vaproized so many times I'll need some time off til next October or at least August when LeBron blows the gold medal for USA :) :)
Of more pertinent importance is the awesomely prolific Indians offense this year. Hey Bid?? Did Mike Brown become the Indians hitting coach this year or something? |
Is there a way I can sell you a doorknob today?
|
Brown - Hands down worst assistant coach in the league
Lebron - Hands down worst coach in the league The Indians offense is disturbing. At least they got rid of Michaels who stunk up the joint. They would probably be 5 games more to the good if Wedgy wouldnt have insisted on playing that stiff while he was in the majors |

but I guess that was all he was doing right... |
The more I watch Delucci the easier it is to see why Wedge was coinflipping on who to play. Delucci has some terrible at bats, and seems to be lost
