i just want to thank everyone involved with this thread for some really, really good laughs. i came home for lunch, and the hilarity had already started--and has grown in leaps and bounds since forcing myself away to go back to work.

by all means, continue....

terrible video of my favorite VIP episode

that show was genius

Cajungator26 02-26-2008 06:17 PM

While I haven't watched every single video of every two year old in this sale (unlike some people on this thread, lol), my fave was the Congaree colt B Wayne Hughes bought. Hip 258. He looked nice. I also liked hip 137 by Hook and Ladder. Hip 75 (RNA'd) by More Than Ready was a nice looking filly too.

Pais, not sure if the Mr. Greeley colt you were talking about was hip 27, but he was quite the nice mover as well. Too bad he was out.

I have been looking for a nice congaree in a reasonable price range since his foals hit the ground....he throws some scary kneed babies, and the nice ones are far too expensive for my "connections". I want one badly.

Yes I was talking about #27....he had a crap throat last fall, I assume he still does.

Cajungator26 02-26-2008 06:25 PM

Oh yeah...

So far, I've been very impressed with the way the Friends Lake two year olds have looked. They've turned out a lot nicer than I thought they would and I hope they're runners too. Hip 7 was nice, but I liked the one sold at the OBS a couple of weeks ago better (hip 33.)

Damn, that's a shame... :(

Well, it took two glasses of Merlot, but I made it through this thread. Funny Stuff. Probably one of the most entertaining since I joined. :)

The BEST in Ocala, bar none as far as I'm concerned. Kenny is an awsome guy and an amazing developer of talent. If I didn't have so many irons in the fire already I would have loved to jump in on her - Best of everything to Dee Tee - Mr. Simon certainly know what he's doing!!

I have to agree, just finished reading the 270+ posts. Unbelievable entertainment. Couldn't have done it without numerous beers though

never give up

I believe the Green Monkey had nothing to do with it..
meaning
it was just a couple of rich guys in a pissing match

I think that you are definitely right about that, but I would still like to know The Bid's opinion.

Danzig digs the Chains. I saw them in Aug at the SPAC with Velvet Revolver. It was a hard rockin show and I loved every second of it.
