If it last more than 4 hours,... do I really need to go see a doctor....wouldn't I be better off going to see a nurse??

no, 3 3/4 miles. i'm working up--just a few weeks ago i was just walking. added jogging, now i'm doing far more jogging then walking, with a couple really fast (albeit short) runs in there as well.

just got my work issues back on track. had gotten a new job, but they misrepresented a few things, so i gave notice, worked the two weeks and left. i guess they realized i was serious about only working forty hours, and starting at 8 am like they had said originally! i start back tomorrow, so i can work out beforehand as the gym opens at five, and i didn't want to give that up.
things are looking up!
