He's better on turf than dirt. That much is obvious. But, he still sucks and speaks to what a pathetic group of 3 year olds this is.

That makes sense.

It's pretty clear, to me at least. Court Vision runs better on turf than dirt and will do better if kept on turf. Still with me? But, overall he still is a shi.tty horse, IMO. This is one of the worst collection of 3 year olds ever and since he's not even in the top 10 running right now, he sucks. What doesn't make sense about that?

How is he a shitty horse??? If he runs up the track every time he races I will agree but he doesnt. He is 8 of 10 ITM and 700k in earnings with 3 races won in Graded Stakes. Not Bad. I dont think he is the greatest horse but he is not shitty, slow or other hyperboles you and the guy that shines your shoes think he is.

I will settle if you say is an overall OK horse. Dont say things that obviously makes you look like bad.

With purses the way they are nowadays and so many races for 3 year olds, winning 700k isn't that hard for a shitty horse to do. Your last sentence is amusing though.

LOL! If Court Vision is shittyy then I would hate to know what you call the horses that run behind him are called. I know. They are called DAHOSS9698 picks of the day!!!

This is embarrassing stuff even for the internet. Court Vision won a match race today. Good for him and if you were smart enough to see the value in the exacta pool then you got 6:1 on him. Other than that, why someone would bring up a thread from months ago, and use it for today's race, when Stevie Wonder could have seen that he was only one of two contenders, is beyond me.

There are a lot of great things about this game, and one is that it is constantly evolving, and when we are wrong we often get chances to revise our thinking, and a negative opinion one day can become a successful positive opinion on another. For instance, IEAH paid $5 million for half of Court Vision. They recouped $150K of that today. Good for them....and I wish them the best of luck in the Hollywood Derby, where they can hopefully get another $300K back. Nobody that said he would never be a good dirt horse was wrong today. Why someone would even suggest that is mystifying.

Yes it does. And, as an example, here's the last pick you shared on this board.....

If he wins, it will cap off a decent pick 3 score for me.

He was 6th beaten a dozen lengths.

Unless he starts talking it doesnt matter what their intent was at $5 million, On a related topic there is an interesting article in this weeks Bloodhorse on how these racing 'hedge funds' have almost no chance to succeed in making anyone any money are almost always losers.

According to some people on this board, he is slow and shitty. He was a contender today and won but who cares if he was 5-2 or 50-1. Stevie Wonder and I agree he was one of two to win that race so its not worth toutuing the obvious before the race.

Some of these people still say he is good on turf BUT he is still shitty. It doesnt make sense

So you're saying that's a bad place for my IRA?

Good thing for me it would now be considered a conflict of interest.

I think narrowing the race down to 2 horses was obvious. Taking the next step to a one number exacta, for the 6:1 payout, wasn't, IMO. GP was coming out of a race where he ran 60+ feet MORE than the winner and lost by 1/2 length. So, for some, hitting this required a BOX. And given it was paying $8 the other way, it didn't quite make sense to get involved. As it was, my criticism of Gomez' ride on GP proved to be somewhat ironic, as, he was guided through an even worse trip today by Garcia. The difference in ability between these two horses is not large enough to allow for poor trips.

As for the idiot going on and on about a 5:2 shot AFTER the fact: what else is there to say?

He hasnt raced on turf here yet but I feel this will be his best race in USA and he gets a sneaky turf rider in Valdivia. I know this is a real tough field to beat but I believe he has to be included underneath.

THE BET:

$200 Show GLOBAL HUNTER

It's all relative. If you paid $5 Million for half of him would you say today's performance justified your purchase?

People are wrong here, and in horse racing, much more often than they are right. Does that mean they should constantly be called out for it? What are your great positive contributions to this board that makes it OK for you to have started this mess today? Should others dog every post you make that turns out to be a mediocre opinion? Would that be fair?
