I really don't think the 3 yo's are good enough to beat these right now. It will be interesting to see how Alvarado handles Moreno as the 12 has a ton of speed, I think he either has to let the 12 go and sit behind him or duel him and will be compromised either way. He has to reach back a bit, but the back form is there for Long River who I think should get a really good trip here at a huge price. Not sure he is good enough, but worth a shot at that price. Going to use the 12 as well who may take them all the way if Alvarado lets him go.

Ugly spill..he was having a solid day

Geez, that could not have gone more perfect for me except the bonehead move by Irad to let the rail open for Moreno to come in forcing his horse out (who to be fair wasn't good enough anyway). F****** Long River had a perfect setup there and just wasn't good enough. Thought I might have a bomb coming off the turn. :wf

I am guessing it happened when Junior tried to go inside when Irad went out. If so, Junior deserves a nice vacation. He was lost in that race from start to finish and should have understood the dynamics he was going to encounter before the race.
