It was a dreadful field with a dreadful favorite and her turf races were plenty competitive. Didn't do me any good though, I didn't like Hyper. The beat goes on.

I would have been hard pressed to use that horse if it was Bill Mott and Jerry Bailey listed.

Steve mentioned something about some of her past turf sprints fitting with this group. Unfortunately the form only posted her last dozen races (today was start 43) and I think only 2 or 3 of them were turf sprints. That probably didn't help. But that's another great nugget from Mr. Byk an a great use by Joey. Sorry it all went for nought.

Did Inspired take a bad step there in the stretch?

ateamstupid 05-18-2012 04:24 PM

Yeah that made total sense. Watch some dipshit with a quick pick take down the Pick 5 now.

when I see trainer 0-36 on turf, jockey 0-45,and horse 0-42, i tend to throw horse out. maybe the 20-1 was a tipoff? and with that combination of ineptitude I stupidly would of made horse 200-1

Coach Pants 05-18-2012 04:30 PM

Glad I stopped. Way too many putovers in this game lately. No enforcement either.

Looking at the will-pays, it doesn't appear so.
