I was only able to watch the last 5 min of yesterdays game, but he has looked lost out there at times. In their back to back losses to Minny and Vandy, I think he went a combined 4 for 25 from the field and I know he missed all his shots against Minny...like 0 for 12 or 13:wf. He needs to be a better rebounder too.

I just had to resurrect this thread to mention that St. John's is playing some lights-out clutch basketball right now.

I was hoping Joe had some more -34 point faves to mush.

Maybe Georgetown is just not very good?

Missouri, Memphis, et. al., would beg to differ. They're legit.

So far so good.

Our next 7 games are all against ranked teams :zz:

slotdirt 01-04-2011 04:12 PM

I think it's actually eight, no? Literally one of the toughest stretches quite possibly in college basketball history.

Re-resurrecting this thread to discuss the Duke and UConn dismantlings. I haven't verified this, but I can't imagine there are many teams with as many quality wins as STJ - five against the top 17 in RPI as of today.

Joey do you honestly believe Bama isn't making the tournament?

Coach Pants 03-12-2011 01:58 PM

Well they aren't now.

Can't wait for Grant to recruit some defenders that can shoot.

i heard on the radio yesterday. Bama wouldn't get in if they didn't beat UK. Bama plays hard and hustles but they just don't shoot well.
