Here in Vegas, the sports books can't get a handle on making lines for this epic Sixers tank job. Last night the visiting Wizatds were made a 12.5 favorite. That's without Nene! Orlando is -10.5 today and should probably be more like -13. People are just betting against Philly every game until they finally cover one.

They're turrible... Went 0 for February and got March off to a tanking start last night. They should've held off on the AI jersey retirement ceremony and put him back on the floor.

I have them at under 17.5 wins. Still holding out hope

Knicks somehow down 17, 8min into the game. Melo leading the way with 4 points and 2 turnovers.

95% of Philly seems to think you're a lock to win here. I think they have to bring their absolute best against their opponent's absolute worst in order for them to win again. Think one of their best chances comes today if Afflalo is still out.

The odds of them winning on the road are slim

I've narrowed down the potential winnable games to Utah on the 8th, Sac on 12th, the Knicks on the 21st and Boston (battle of the tankers) on the 14th and maybe at Miami on April 16 (last game of season for Miami and may rest starters)

They most likely wont be favored in any more games

Home games with Detroit and Charlotte might be tougher than usual as those teams are playing to make the playoffs.

Speaking of Charlotte, Al Jefferson has quietly been having a great year for the Bobcats.

Nothing wrong with 21 and 10.

He is a guy that people tend to focus on what he isnt as opposed to what he can do because he is one of the best low post offensive players in the game. He has never gotten the chance to play on a good team so he is easy to forget about. I find myself thinking after watching him play that so few people have any idea how good he is.

Al Jefferson is probably the best low post player in the game. He does have flaws, but putting the ball in the basket isn't one of them. I'm amazed he chose to sign with Charlotte though, makes you wonder if he values winning at all.

"He feels the Sixers need to improve in two major areas to earn a W."

Thought for sure he was going to say offense and defense.

His quote "To play it!", when asked about what he says to his young team to keep them motivated defensively was EPIC.

They obviously haven't listened.

I think he values that 41 million because I dont know if he had any other offers for that kind of money. He isnt an easy fit on any of the teams that were shopping last year and he has a player option for the 3rd year that he can opt out of. If Charlotte holds on makes the playoffs he will be a hero.

They look tired which is a bad combination for a of a roster full of D league guys. Most of these guys playing now werent guys used to playing real minutes in an 82 game schedule. Their only 2 legit NBA players combined for 60% of their points last night.

RockHardTen1985 03-03-2014 08:11 PM

Lebron and Jefferson going at it right now.

RockHardTen1985 03-03-2014 08:20 PM

Lebron just scored like 12 points in 3min.

RockHardTen1985 03-03-2014 08:49 PM

Looks like the King wants 60.
