SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...even excluding yer ancient history..and being up to date...in a nowadays sorta way....
The Ohio State MadDogFighitng Buckeyes are THE NUMBER ONE TEAM IN ALL THE LAND!! Ah don't thank they're a SECOND team either...although no SECOND team is even second. Pity. |
Look up strength of schedule this year. You might have to scroll down to find Ohio State.
Keep scrolling Again. A little more And there it is... Hey. At least they've got a tougher schedule than Hawaii. |
Hi !!
I saw that...but do enjoy the fact I don't have scroll at all to see who is first in the BCS,USA Toady/Coaches...AP....and yer whatevah. It's soooo easy to find Ohio State there...at least I think it is. Don't you? |

Oh ...but if it was a SECOND team as number one...then 'nuff woudn't say that...aye? |
Back to our theme...this from Kim Addonizio:
want a red dress. I want it flimsy and cheap, I want it too tight, I want to wear it until someone tears it off me. I want it sleeveless and backless, this dress, so no one has to guess what's underneath. I want to walk down the street past Thrifty's and the hardware store with all those keys glittering in the window, past Mr. and Mrs. Wong selling day-old donuts in their café, past the Guerra brothers slinging pigs from the truck and onto the dolly, hoisting the slick snouts over their shoulders. I want to walk like I'm the only woman on earth and I can have my pick. I want that red dress bad. I want it to confirm your worst fears about me, to show you how little I care about you or anything except what I want. When I find it, I'll pull that garment from its hanger like I'm choosing a body to carry me into this world, through the birth-cries and the love-cries too, and I'll wear it like bones, like skin, it'll be the goddamned dress they bury me in. |

God! Now it's outa the SECOND just to find someone to beat the BigTen. The thing is...they ain't first...no matter how many shoulda's you coulda. Yer just jealous of our HO-HO's. |

Troy Smith Heisman winner. As Feminem would say, "LMAO LOL!" |
I don't even know who your school is!!
At least I'm not ashamed to mention mine!! |
By the way...we have 6 other Heismans in addition to that one.
How many does your school have? Whoever they are. |
I think Mr. Pants is mighty jealous over the accomplishments of the BT and particualrly the NUMBER ONE TEAM IN ALL THE LAND!!!!!
I do notice he won't answer any of my questions as he Shirley knows the answers and would not want to look silly. But I have studied paranoid schizos and would not make fun of him.....that just wouldn't be me. |
|
This Heisman deal is about as ridiculous as caring about who's going to win HOY. Who, outside of Cryin Dispencer and a bunch of girls, would care about an award?
What matters is national championships. Your team has 7. Mine has 11. Individual achievements are meaningless in a team sport. I'm sure you would love to trade in 6 of those Heismans for 4 NC's, eh? Or do you have a lifetime subscription to Star Magazine? |
Again, linking an ESPN article just proves my point. Thanks.
|
I think I prove mine...don't you?
Every point I make are ONLY factoids.....and you brush it off as ....bias?? Shame on you. I'm guessing your team is Alybamy. Check you figures...I believe we both have 12. But we beat the dickens out of you every other way possible....yes...starting with Heismans. I wouls think if you had more then it would become a little more acceptable to you. Hey...who is Alybamy's coach now? And where are they ranked??? I don't blame you for not admitting they are your team. |

Oh I don't bet. Hey...does this help? Greatest Sports Rivalries - Ohio State vs. Michigan Ohio State and Michigan have been rivals on the football field for over 100 years. The two teams from the Big 10 played each other for the first time in 1897 and have done battle in the final game of the regular season every year since 1935. In 2003, these teams played for the 100th time and the US Congress recognized the rivalry as the greatest in sports history. Overall, the Michigan Wolverines hold an edge in games between the two teams, 57-39-6. |
Oh..by the way....ah still don't see Alybamer in the top 5 listings of all time.
Do you? |

The true and more encompassing polls I dislayed show 12/12.....maybe you should count them...I could have made a boo-boo. |
FACTOMUNDO:
Ohio State is in the all time top 5 in wins and pct. Alybamer is not. I could lay tons more of hardware on you in addition...but you won't believe it. |
Ah wonder why Congress didn't vote for Alybamer/Auburny???
I mean..it's a fact they didn't. |
Golly I wish someone else would join in.
I simply adore meeting new people and making new friends!! Yes I do! |

Morty, you sound like a noodle fan. Hey! At least you've got history!

Quote:
YES!!....history was as recent as yesterday....which mean Ohios has won an NC a lot more recently than Alybama. You want recent? I'll bet Ohios record this century is better than Flory-dahs and Alybamers. You SECOND fans sound like PacMan fans. |
Best since 2000:
Oklahoma, 85-15 (.850) Boise State, 80-15 (.842) Texas, 80-16 (.833) Ohio State, 80-18 (.816) Miami (Fla.), 75-19 (.798) USC, 74-20 (.787 Gee....no SECONDS here either. Hey...that recent enough fer ya'all?? |
WELL ....recent history fans????
|
Thank you for your courageous output....MS. Cajunfreightah.

Well it was really great embarrassing SECOND fans..but again...let's get back to business:
by: Charlotte Bronte THERE'S no use in weeping, Though we are condemned to part: There's such a thing as keeping A remembrance in one's heart: There's such a thing as dwelling On the thought ourselves have nurs'd, And with scorn and courage telling The world to do its worst. We'll not let its follies grieve us, We'll just take them as they come; And then every day will leave us A merry laugh for home. When we've left each friend and brother, When we're parted wide and far, We will think of one another, As even better than we are. Every glorious sight above us, Every pleasant sight beneath, We'll connect with those that love us, Whom we truly love till death ! In the evening, when we're sitting By the fire perchance alone, Then shall heart with warm heart meeting, Give responsive tone for tone. We can burst the bonds which chain us, Which cold human hands have wrought, And where none shall dare restrain us We can meet again, in thought. So there's no use in weeping, Bear a cheerful spirit still; Never doubt that Fate is keeping Future good for present ill ! |
