I was simply stating my opinion. But since we are so quick to throw out jabs, what exactly makes you the expert on the Alabama coaching situation? Does it all boil down to $$$? When you are talking 7 figures plus already does it really make that much difference? So was it really a better situation....hmmm let's see...Do I take a nice raise, uproot my family, leave a program that is already established and will be a top 5 pre-season team next year, potentially the Heisman Trophy winner next year, leave a community that absolutely loves me, walk into a high risk, no loyalty, middle of the road program at best, or do I stay get a nice raise because they want me to stay, have my facility upgraded because I can, have a shot at competing for a BCS game next year which would make 2 out of the last 3 years, make my ties to the community even stronger because I stayed loyal, and in a couple of years be regarded as one of the few coaches that can do whatever and wherever I want....sorry boys, I'm staying put....
