what's up with will take charge? personally, i don't like his chances ( or oxbows for that matter), but after looking over the link sightseek posted, i see there's nothing on him since the 21st.

Orb was terrific again today as things continue to go swimmingly for him and all involved in this camp. He did something that good-feeling, happy horses do, bucking going by the wire the first time after kind of jumping a shadow. Always a great indicator of a horse that's enjoying being out there.

Still early but 40% Rain chance

Who moves up on an off track? Who moves down(beside WTC)?

And how exactly would you know this?

How could things be going any better for Shug and Rosario with the rider winning everything in sight and the trainer getting one of his all time favorite trainees into the Hall of Fame?

Worry about that on Thursday if it still seems we'll get any rain.

Oh, I didn't realize they were the only ones " in his camp. "

Silly me.

Yeah, Steve should really be more careful when he makes sweeping generalizations like that. For instance, the guy who drives Shug's trailer around just tried to return a sweater at Macy's and they wouldn't take it back because he lost the recepit. And I have it on good authority that Rosario's valet thinks he may have caught the clap from a stripper in Lexington. So, I guess it's all realtive.

OldDog 04-28-2013 04:13 PM

Oh no . . .

What'd ya say the name of that stripper was?

Maybe one day you will have a friend and then have someone to joke around with.

Rave reviews over Orb's work this morning! :tro:

Danzig 04-29-2013 08:55 AM

still nothing from will take charge. steve, anything on him? been quiet on that one for days now. in this case, i'd have to say no news is NOT good news.

good to hear, sightseek, regarding orb.
has winning cause officially been removed from consideration?

from DRF this am;

"Oxbow went five furlongs in 59.82 with jockey Gary Stevens aboard. Will Take Charge worked the same distance in 1:00.82, tiring late after a 35.20 opening three-furlong split"
