I agree, and it would have been just as good if Mine That Bird got up. ;)

Good Luck!

Didn't get the price I was seeking and it came back chalky, but I'll take it!

Great quote Steve. I agree. I was happy for the filly to have run so well but even more than that, I was so happy that Mine That Bird showed that both he and his trainer weren't flukes. Despite the trainer only having won a couple of races this year and all that, he showed his ability to keep his focus, ignore the distractions of all the detractors that sought to discredit him and taught us all how the game should be played. With class, gratitude and appreciation for both the horse as well as the fans. I hope we see more flowers being passed out in the future as in the Derby. Although I wouldn't expect to see Jess, Steve or Scott hanging outside the track tomorrow greeting the fans. But I can't get this smile off my face.

I agree.

Now, I have moved on. As I wait for the running of a crappy MSW at Pimlico to see if I can finish off a heavy P3....

agree... i really made some poor decisions today, including not getting in the building in time to bet my No Advantage or your Moooootown straight, but seeing Rachel live for a 2nd time in 15 days was enough to soothe the losses.
