NYRA should put casino styled cameras in (pretty damn cheap these days) and put the feed online. Suspicious activities could be flagged and tapes could be reviewed. If they can spot someone switching dice or palming cards they can spot a syringe. Of course this will NEVER happen.

I guess the casino type cameras would be most effective . Guards can be bought . After all , much of the skull duggery at the casinos is by the staff, as the cameras show .

I seem to remember NYRA was highly criticized for the idea of a detention barn.
How many tracks besides NYRA tracks have detention barns, anybody know? |
