Teachers are so far out of touch with reality it's a wonder schools are even visible.

Mortimer 05-27-2008 07:45 AM

Remember that old ploy....let's get the teacher off topic right away and he'll pontificate and yak his way through the whole class and we won't have to do anything?

Wouldn't you have loved to have had HoseGarden for every class in high school?

That's really not true. I won't pursue it however.

All I'll say is you insult my entire family with those statements...my mother, my father, my wife. It is a joke. You are a joke. You are a clueless individual.

Don't insult my family. They don't deserve it.

horseofcourse 05-27-2008 10:05 AM

For you to sit here and call the 3 most important people in my life out of touch with reality is beyond disgraceful.

Go color something.

Coach Pants 05-27-2008 10:06 AM

Uh oh.

I had plenty of teachers like this one. Last thing some kid needs is to be scared to ask a question, but that's most likely what goes on in his class. They answer a question with a question. If the kid can't answer, then teacher tells the kid(and the class) that he maybe gave them "too high a grade last year." For some reason math n' science attract Socratic-style teachers. You can see how he would rather refute an original statement than make one himself. He hunts for statements to disagree with. Some people like to bite their nails. He likes to look for opinions to refute. In other words, he loves to return a serve (way more than he actually likes to serve.) Let him have the last word, or else he will simply suck you of your energy.
