My doctor,Dr.IdiotStick Marangello, has told me I need an emergency appendectomy ..but he doesn't like my appendix and refuses to remove it.

So I need a donor.



I need someone with a bad appendix to give to me...so that my doctor may replace mine.....and then he will remove yours....from me.
