FWIW, I play a bit each weekend too and this has been by far the most difficult NFL season to handicap that I can remember. There are very few trends above 60% and those that are there..Denver, Jacksonsvile etc are being pushed to the limits by the books. Jacksonville could be a 4 TD dog in 2 weeks..How the heck do you play that?

Joey..does your guy offer team total o/u's?..That has been my best "bet" TY as I am just focusing on finding 2 or 3 teams each week that I feel will score, or not score to what the number is and not worrying as much about spreads as they are really tricky.

The offensive line was offensive. Martin at left tackle isn't much different than having me out there. They probably weren't as good as their record but their best player was out and they have some really inexperienced guys playing a lot. And RHT loved them...

big problem there. tannehill leads the league in sacks. they better fix that line, or they're going to have a terribly beat up qb by week 8.

A little bit of that is Tannehills fault as he tends to linger a little too long when the pocket is breaking down but the pocket seems to break down a lot. They really have 2 RT's and Jerry is a fat bastard. Hopefully they address this via the draft next season.

Have to give Ireland credit as a lot of his questioned offseason moves have worked out pretty well. Grimes has been great. The new linebackers have been very good. The kicker he drafted might be the in the top 5 already. The new WR's have been solid. Keller getting hurt was bad luck but Clay has filled in pretty well. Too early to tell about Jordan but he made two big plays in the win over Atlanta. They should win 10 games this year.

Who knows maybe his power doesn't extend to baseball?

I'm wishing you success but you are following a can't win pattern. I have a few acquaintances in the business and their favorite betters( biggest losers) are the people that bet every TV game. Just play the games you think your opinion is strong not because they are on TV. You don't bet every race on a card the same thinking should be used on sports.

I appreciate the advice. I'll admit I play a lot of week day TV games, but not every game. I feel like I'm going to show a profit. Lots of time to go still. I also hardly bet favorites and I bet against line movement.
