I don't get the strategy that Rocco had on the 4, breaks very well and instead of getting a great position with the good break, Rocco takes back and gets buried on the rail behind horses. I can't see what possible winning strategy he had with that ride, to me that is a trip to nowhere.

What is up with the phantom objection?
