I beat two odds-on horses in a row and then have to put up with that in the last leg. All you can do is laugh. I've done enough getting into angry fits over stuff like this. I've come to expect stewards to be abjectly incompetent, across the board.

I'd like to see the head on but you are probably right that the 8 hung badly.
