Not sold on Convocation, but he has been facing much MUCH better, and really who else can you like in this spot?

She looked like a huge standout to me. I also don't understand being "not sold" on Convocation and then structuring a 4x5x7 around him.

Anyone know why they dumped Kent off Convocation? I can't imagine he chose the Mott horse..

Same reasons everyone else dumps him?

I'm going to use that Mott horse as my one back-up. He looks like the only one who has a chance to just be better than Convocation if he comes back running.

Brian, I had a really good first week. I am trying to catch a decent score, I think this pick 3 without Convocation can pay $1,000. I hope that answers the question about why I would spread, as for saying Im not sold on him, well the truth is, IM NOT. He will be up against it pace wise, I hope Javier puts him right in the race early like his Gulfstream and Maiden wins. If he trys to come from last he might have a problem, also I noted all the sudden in his last 2 races he is not breaking. Im not sold on Mrs. Keller at all and I think she will be around 2-1. IMO my hardest leg to get through will be gettong Convo home at 1-5. Off to work, good luck the rest of the day EVERYONE.

Have you been keeping your stats? Week 1 went well, week 2 was a disaster for me.

No not really, I haven't been playing them religiously. And more important, I haven't been playing them for real (unless they show up in a play along thread). I hit the late one which was chalky on Haskell day, but I was at Monmouth and unable to post. This is more something to do while I'm grinding the hours away at work. But if I had the ability to watch the races from here, I would definitely be playing some of them.
If I had to guess, I have made about six plays including this one and I would be down about one hundred bucks.
