I don' think there are otb's. There was no horse or dog track betting at all in GA in the early 90's and I don't think it has changed.

i was at the horse track when it first opened (along time ago) but never to the dog track.

'Zig, when you come to KY, we'll take my dogs out and race them around a 40-acre field using a drag lure setup. You can release one. It's pretty much awesome at 35 mph :D You and I can bet on them :tro:
