I Live here in Ocala Myself And have just been ignoring your post but you really have shown that you know absolutely nothing about the Ocala Area if you think land is cheap here. I started laughing really hard when i read your post.

By the way, prices in Marion and Alachua counties are BOOMING right now. My parents home increased in value by 20% in a few months. No way is that the cheapest place to buy homes and land.

Darling, I've lived in Florida my entire life and both my mother AND my sister work as loan officers here in the Central Florida area, and I am TELLING you, that isn't where the land is cheapest. I am begging you... do the research. You're making yourself look ridiculous.

Personally, Florida isn't where I want to be forever, but I can think of nastier places to live. South Carolina (Darlington area) had more trailers than any other place I've seen. And we're not talking about nice trailers... my sister even took pictures, she was so amused. :eek:

He was saying our racing sucked to, not just the breeding. Lots of good horses race in FL. It can't suck that much.
