Confusion? Delusion?

Seriously - it only matters if you live in Ohio, Virginia or Florida.

RIOT! Look at his location at the top right where it says Location. I'm glad I moved to Ohio! Where my vote matters!

LOL - thanks, I rarely think to look at that, as so few people put where they really are.

You're right about your vote. How are you holding up to the ad deluge?

Seriously, in KY, NOTHING - you'd never know an election was happening, other than the locals. So unfair - we get no ads, no polling, no visits by candidates. I miss that in Illinois, Virginia.

Strange, though, Kentucky is major Democratic registrations, yet they elect Rand Paul and Mitch McConnell. Dems could make big inroads here if they advertised.

Obama down to 54.6% at Intrade.

Coach Pants 10-24-2012 07:40 AM

I'm pumped.

******* knew of the Libya consulate attack. Game on.

High stakes. Go hard or go home. We have an opportunity, albeit a slight one, to send this succubus packing.

I'll be more than happy to oblige.

When does the bet cash in? I mean, does the loser leave immediately or on Inauguration Day?

When Romney takes Pennsylvania or Ohio, I will tune in for once to MSNBC solely to see Chris Matthews have a full blown nervous breakdown on the air.

I'd hate to miss that same reaction here on Derby Trail from the Obamabots.

You have about a 1 in 100 chance. You've made a very bad bet. Betting based upon anger and emotion never pays. That's why I gave you one last chance to get out of complete banishment. You did not chose it.

Hooves saw it was a terrible bet and took the out up front, so he could play the macho rudeness for 2 weeks but not suffer the complete banishment.

The parameters are listed. It's effective election night, when the last of ABC, CBS and NBC declare Obama the winner.

Romney lost Pennsylvania a month ago.

Just a heads up to those guys betting you: I like how the bet is "effective when when the last of ABC, CBS and NBC declare Obama the winner."

Great lawyer's bet: so it's not effective when Romney is declared the winner?

Besides, Fox News will likely announce the winner first. Or watch for Chris Matthews' head to explode on MSNBC.

Sure. Bad bet yadda yadda. Never before in this countries history has the media been as biased as now.

I'm gambling on the American people seeing through the bullshit. Most people I talk to are sick of the smug as.shole. Most Americans I talk to know he's responsible for the death of 22 seals because he had to brag and thump his puny chest.

F.uck ya. I'm a moneyline player. It makes the victory that much more sweet.

We'll have cake on your departure date.

No. Or if Romney is called the winner. No "lawyering" there. Those three stations will call a winner, when the last station calls and confirms - poof, Coach is gone from Derby Trail and Hooves is gone from Politics.

Another thing not mentioned is if one of the candidates doesn't make it to election day. Bet is off then, but I wouldn't expect Coach or Hooves to be parsing for outs like you have, above.

Yes, Fox may announce first, but Fox no longer has any basis in reality, or any credibility whatsoever, even in the sadly non-journalistic world of American media. They are not a news station any longer, and are no longer treated as such in this country. Matthews has an opinion show, not a news show. I don't watch him, you be my guest.

No it's effective when he's declared the winner. Regardless of if the votes are contested.

It's fine if it's a reversal..she can come back and I leave or vise versa.

But she's gone if Obama loses. I'm gone if Romney loses. Period. No semantics where either of us can linger. If she tries that sh.it or I try it I expect Steve to IP ban us for good.

Nowhere it was mentioned that the msm had to declare. This bit.ch is being held to the original bet.

Antitrust32 10-24-2012 11:26 AM

I live in a swing state.

I should vote for Romney just for Pillow Pants!!

Coach Pants 10-24-2012 11:31 AM

Thanks antitrust.

All I'm concerned about is Ohio. Obama loses Ohio it's a Romney win.

The demographics have changed slightly since 1980. But Reagan carried Ohio like a boss.

I see Romney winning by about 100,000 votes.
