For your information Riot this is nascar1966 wife and I was the first female paramedics in the East St. Louis EMS system so until you know me as a person don't you dare call me a Racist or anything else, I have had to deal with a lot of different types of issues. What I do know is that we people whether male or female become doctors it doesn't matter what type they think they are better then anyone else. When I transport people to the hospitals the doctors think paremedics are trash and thats fact.

I remember working very closely with doctors, and enjoying the great respect and partnership between doctors, nurses and emergency services in the field. Loved that job. Too bad you seem to hate it. No place in that field for those that are unhappy and angry with the job. Maybe try something else?

Politicians manage to hang in there until they'e eligible because they're fleecing the citizens for a far greater pension plan than anyone in the military will ever get.

What about the private sector - plenty of union employees getting retirement long before they're 65. You're paying for that, as well, in the products you buy.

I think that's a kind of forced charity, rather than reaping the just rewards of the insurance you've paid into your whole life.

Why should someone be punished for being successful? SS isn't a handout, it's insurance.

I'd have to go double check, but once you've served your two years in Congress, I do believe you have the forever guarantee of the health benefits and retirement/pension in your future. Done and dusted.

I would venture that far more than the amount the wealthy collect in SS is donated to charity by them. Of course I am talking about the real wealthy not a family of four earning $200K.
