As for the topic, Blame certainly deserves HOY. There really is no debate. I still cling to the notion that Zenyatta should have been HOY in 2009 but that is a moot point as well.

Goldikova was the best horse to run in AMerica this year and isn't that how you determine it?? She's HOY and it's not even debatable.

Blame beat the current HOY favorites in both of his biggest races this year - QR in the Whitney and Z in the Classic. Everyone needs to get a grip. There is no debate.
