Known horses whose connections intend to run in the 27th running of the Grade I, $2 million Grey Goose Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies for 2-year-old fillies at 1 1/16 miles on Friday, Nov. 5 (Race 9, 6:50 p.m. ET, TV: ESPN2):

A Z Warrior (trained by Bob Baffert)
Awesome Feather (Stan Gold)
Delightful Mary (Mark Casse)
Harlan’s Ruby (Ken McPeek)
Izshelegal (Terry Knight)
Jordy Y (Wayne Catalano)
Joyful Victory (Tony Dutrow)
R Heat Lightning (Todd Pletcher)
Soundwave (Ronny Werner)
Tell a Kelly (John Sadler)

Known horses whose connections may be giving the Juvenile Fillies some consideration:

Honey Chile (Pocahontas), Indian Gracey, Tale Untold (Juvenile Fillies Turf), Theyskens’ Theory, Together-IRE (Juvenile Fillies Turf) and Wyomia (Juvenile Fillies Turf)

Wow, they're really considering Theyskens' Theory? I would love to see her over here, but I haven't read a thing about her lately

She has won me way too much $ to not like her. I also did a lot of work for Mike (Southern Equine) and root for him as a breeder/owner.

Well, it appears Theyskens' Theory is practically a definite for the Juvenile Fillies.......She's certainly bred to handle dirt, so she's an interesting new face.

Yup. . . I'm not sure how she fell through the cracks. She's pretty nice and definitely has a shot. I wonder what kind of price she'll be. . .

Looking forward to Champagne D'Oro. Hope she can run back, I think that last was a real prep they had no intentions of winning really.

I love the D'Oro horses

I think she'll be a nice price -surely not one of the favorites. I'm glad they are taking a shot with her, even if she doesn't run well.

I like Honey Chile, but only if she runs well.

hockey2315 10-23-2010 11:49 AM

Klammer won today, and will go to Hong Kong instead of Churchill.

Nice addition. Just keep me updated on Joe the Dude's progress.

AZ Warrior worked in 58 and change at Hollywood Park today.

[Brisnet]

Courageous Cat (Storm Cat), who exits a third in the Shadwell Turf Mile (G1) on October 9, no longer is under consideration for the Breeders' Cup Mile, Mott said Saturday morning.

chucklestheclown 10-24-2010 02:33 AM

I hate to put almost my whole bankroll on Friday's P4 but it looks pretty sweet to me.

J. Velazquez is on Cash Refund in the Sprint.

The winner of the 10/23 El Joven Stakes at Retama (R Boy Bill) broke down after the race. They were planning on sending the Gelding to Churchill for the Juvenile Turf.

hockey2315 10-25-2010 11:27 AM

Get Serious isn't going to the Mile. . . Pretty sure he has already been turned out.
