for real? congrats man.

Got hammered at Churchhill and Belmont. Seemed like my horses finished just out all day long. Made a decent comeback at Evangeline (hit a nice 12-1 shot) and Calder later. Overall only droped $270 for the day.

I got crushed, but my father calls me from a Derby party hammered and says box me the 2-4-10-20 tri for a buck. unreal:zz:

How many times did 11 win on Saturday? After about the third time, I should have listened to the lady behind me who was betting nothing but 11's because it was her favorite number (or 1 when there wasn't an 11 entered), and I can assure you she did a hell of a lot better than I.

Thanks...

Want an even crazier part of the story - I was in a wedding and a few of us pooled some cash...bride and groom (who is a long time friend) walked away with a healthy share of it, so did father of the bride. It made for one heck of a wedding reception.

thats freaking awesome. They wont remember May 1st as being their anniversary... they will remember May 1st as the day they hit 200k + on the Derby!

Oaks Day +412
Derby Day +660 (but I lost my long future wager on Ice Box obviously so subtract 50) Oh what could've been.

I was right about Ice Box, Super Saver and Paddy O'Prado. I was DEAD wrong on Sidney's Candy. General Quarters cost me the P4. I turned the day into a loss with incredibly awful betting.

GQ surprised me with that turf race for sure. I didn't expect that.
