There are now news reports questioning whether the pics are really her, especially the two which show her giving head...several sites are questioning same. Once again, we need to wait until there is verification...some, apparently are definitely her, and while they are certainly "playful", I would hope they wouldn't be seen as grounds for removal. All in all, the silence on the part of Fox is more than I expected...perhaps they will let the contest run it's course...as I've said, she deserves to be judged based on her performance on stage not by her personal life.

Well, we will see shortly! I am greatly surprised as well as pleased by Fox's decision to allow her to remain on the show...I figured they would "duck and cover" but they stood up against those who would push their private sense of morality down our throats...I have been very critical of Fox in the past for cancelling many excellent shows and not giving them a chance to gain an audience so I feel compelled to honor Fox for their stand in this matter! I have never voted in this contest but I really want to cast a vote for her tonight...I will watch her performance and hopefully I will feel justified to do so! Folks have said she not very good...I've watched replays of her performance last week and I honestly believe she was better than 3-4 of the others (including the two who were voted off)...I think she's good enough to survive another week but we will see. I've seen comments by Brian Seacrest, Randy and Simon...all in support of her, as Brian said, if we want to question someone's morality, we should look at the jerk who released the pictures in an obvious attempt to hurt her...what kind of person does that???
