A limerick:
There once was a man they called Clyde
Who said he had nothing to hide
But a woman did mention
He had plenty of tension
And used it to give her a ride

Oh boy.

Clyde has always implied...

..that once south of the navel , under the table....he doesn't know what to do....he gets all confused ,feels pressured and used.....for him it's back to the zoo..

What kind of information do you want?

Moose hunting licenses are given out by lottery...does that help?

geeker2 05-11-2010 11:50 AM

The New Hampshire Lottery is the oldest, legal lottery program in the United States.

I think this is important to consider Clyde!

The nose of the Old Man of the Mountain fell off a few years ago.

He had rhinoplasty.

I am not interested in winning a moose.

I am not in interested in your memories of your formative years.

I am interested in what an adult, might help if it's an immature adult, has to say about one of these states....what they like and what they don't like and would they move if they could or is it just the best place anywhere.

Am sorry---did not mean to sound harsh.

I think this is all getting nowheres ....very fast.

Perhaps the answer rests up high...with the stars.Maybe I will wait for one of the high skies...so crispy clear....and wish on the biggest twinkler...and click the heels of my ravaged steel toes together....and wish for that place beckoning me,yet hiding from me.

If happy little bluebirds fly
Beyond the rainbow
Why, oh why can't I?

Everyone better leave..I'm getting sappy again.

Well, when I said there was nothing in upstate NH, that included jobs.

In the lower part of the state, the cost of living is extremely reasonable and everyone that I know there enjoys it very much and I haven't heard the job market is terrible.

Of course, everyone can tell you wonderful things, but the reality for you can be different once you get there. When I moved to VA, it was much more challenging to find a job than I expected...but it worked out and I love it. I'm a firm believer that only you will know if something is right for you, no matter what other people tell you. I was told KY would be heaven on earth for me when I moved there several years ago since I like racing and horses so much, but it was not for me.

Sorry I am not more help!

Oh that's OK, was kidding...as I hope you know.

You do raise a salient point ,though.Am beginning to think no place will be right for me.I think I have to slit the dimensional curtain and look there...feel a sudden compelling draw.I belong where there is nothing to belong .

Maybe just away from Snot's gaping mouth would be a good start.

Thanks for your help,Sighty....really.

If anyone else was going to mention anything about these places...forget it....changed my mind.

N.H. has lots of pine trees and mountains. You can see the stars quite well from atop the mountains.
Pine trees produce sap so you can be "sappy" together.:{>:

Rileyoriley 05-11-2010 07:49 PM

Retail sales in N.H. have increased since MA. increased the sales tax, especially liquor and cigarettes. N.H. does have high property taxes but if you're not planning to buy, it shouldn't affect you.
