$15,241 but Uncle Sam and Gov Christie took their piece already so I clear 10,976.

Yeah but you get the benefit of third world diversity. Isn't it grand?

Nice job, Jim!

If you think it is bad now, you most likely will get less than half of it with Hillary or Bernie.

Who is this painful voice at Santa Anita today?

All I know is he's the caller at Singapore. I've got him on mute.

Just thankful I didn't quit my job in the hopes of beating out every person who has a Commonwealth accent.

Seriously, when did it become a requirement for an announcer to speak Australian English? Can't they find someone who can say horse's names that American's understand and do it in a way that is interesting?

Oops, I have to be careful how I say this so that I don't get accused of being anti immigration.

It's a trend in that area. Especially in movies. They're just a bunch of lemmings. All I can do is laugh at the rich. They better pray every night to Satan that it doesn't collapse.

jms62 02-20-2016 06:01 PM

Thanks guys... Need to get by this last race at Santa Anita without something crazy happening

Just saw you are in first, good luck Jim!

Is there any bomb you want me to put $20 on to assure the horse doesn't beat you?

Pants II 02-20-2016 06:04 PM

Best of luck. This is a tricky race.

You are $24 ahead of the guy in 5th (no spot). Thats 7 or 8 to 1. Maybe just pick the most likely bomb to protect against the bombers?

Probably a good strategy unless he likes a bigger bomb. I used this strategy with the lead in a feeder last week albeit a very small contest, but the next two guys used the same horse. Worked like a charm!

casp0555 02-20-2016 06:08 PM

SA 8

$12 ex box 1,10

HoosierInOhio 02-20-2016 06:10 PM

I learned my lesson 1.5 years ago, was in 5th going into last race, all I needed was to finish in the top 30 to get the points, would have went to the nhc. A bomb hit and I finished like 60th and missed the NHC that year as it turned out. I'm still pissed about it to this day. That was my first time in a position like that so I was clueless:zz:

Pants II 02-20-2016 06:14 PM

If it were me going by how they've slaughtered me in the last leg the past two weeks...

I'd take Prat and Drysdale on the outside and hope for a little give in the ground and a ridiculous speed duel.

And looking at it that would be the horse to screw me over in this race so...

$15 win 13.

pointman 02-20-2016 06:18 PM

Sa 8

$20w 6

HoosierInOhio 02-20-2016 06:18 PM

4 of them can't hurt you, and the 1 is right on the border, so almost half the field is eliminated.

jms62 02-20-2016 06:21 PM

Loved the 11 but he can't hurt me so I took a shot with the best of who I thought could beat me and it is the 12.... More gamesmanship than handicapping

jms62 02-20-2016 06:24 PM

Had the 11 in BC Qualify and I think that put me over the cut line....

Right way to play, but it is academic now anyway.

Congratulations, Jim! Back to NHC!

Pants II 02-20-2016 06:25 PM

Whew. One more.

pointman 02-20-2016 06:27 PM

Loved how Gonzalez took Prize Exhibit into the parking lot on the turn, always a good strategy.

HoosierInOhio 02-20-2016 06:29 PM

Congrats JMS, nice work today.

jms62 02-20-2016 06:30 PM
