During the prattle, Andy Serling repeated what Mike Beer and Nick Tammarro said earlier today : Stonetastic has sprinted twice at Monmouth and won by 12 1/2 and 6 3/4 in those two starts. All her other efforts were at a mile or more and were still strong. They shipped up to Saratoga to specifically sprint in the Prioress after prepping with a 47 flat.

Tremendous sprinter who made the others look ordinary - which they might well be given that the rest of the field was within three lengths of each other behind the pack.

Thats ****ing great. Having to watch that, great.

Nice Casp and good job earlier Knicks.

I did not like that horse. Thought behind the bet was to beat Castellano in both legs, as I thought he would be overbet and there were plenty of other live options.
I thought the Brown horses last loss was pretty bad. No real excuse. I wanted to be against her. Probably cost me 2k. I did not see the willpays for the 4-2 double, but assuming it was around $70.

I hope you crush all these. I like 1,5 in this race. Clearly Now is an A. My only backup is the 10 taking another step forward, but Clearly Now would have to regress. Only 1,4 in the Woodward. Im going to sit it out though. Good luck

A speed horse in a race filled with speed where none of them challenge an overmatched horse at 53-1 for an 0 for 18 trainer at the meet.

I don't think it is possible to get an easier trip than Rosie got on Zamquick there. Saved all the ground clear of the hedge and no horses within 3 feet to her outside

Why no other horses were there up front is beyond my comprehension. Although it was Gus's top pick.

Too true. The only thing i noted was he was scratched the other day and they took off lepew, the 7 had a perfect trip, a real hanger like the 8, what happened to all the other speeds. note also that the horse only had one lousy work in a month:zz:
