It is amazing to me how stewards allow riders to get away with that BS move. But as long as riders are not held accountable for it, can you blame them for doing it?

I never even see an inquiry when it happens. It's a complete joke. Speedacious was in the two-path at the top of the stretch and ended up in the middle of the track. It's absolutely impossible to win a stretch duel if you're on the outside of a horse who does that. But stewards across the board somehow see nothing wrong with it.
