The 3 would have given her a run for the lead I think had she gone to post, but the way things stand now, I agree.

I think the 5 is going for the lead, too.

MaTH716 06-26-2009 11:45 PM

Look at the last 3 races the 5 ran in Europe. It looks like she did or tried to go wire to wire in those races. Even last race in a route she went to the front. I'm thinking that Talamo is going to try to take her to the front too.

Rootdog1 06-26-2009 11:45 PM

yes with the scratch of the #3 I think the #2 gets the lead and is tough to catch....and I think Frankle is playing games....he gets a ton or weight and been running in Graded stakes...I think the outside is my least favorite of those left. But Euro speed is not North Amer speed....shocked if she gets the lead but should be right there

the_fat_man 06-26-2009 11:46 PM

Maybe she's the speed but I don't think she's loose. If she goes, the 6 can sit just off her. And, I have no idea what Frankel's will do off the cutback. From her Euro form, it appears she's much better sprinting.

I don't see this race being won from (too far) behind.

dean smith 06-26-2009 11:47 PM

$10 w 5
$2 exb 2,5

Rootdog1 06-26-2009 11:48 PM

Fat - I really like Cnak on the 6....she showed more speed and he will gun again.....and she can finish...just think she is 2nd or third turning for home....the pace will dictate if she can get there or not

Rootdog1 06-26-2009 11:52 PM

I lose $ on Shill every race...she just wins but she has had so much racing luck. She gets lucky again with a short field but god I hope she loses

Suffolk Shippers 06-26-2009 11:54 PM

I hit the all button in this one, give me as much a price as can be when the longest on the board is 9/2. Sigh.

Rootdog1 06-26-2009 11:54 PM

dude...did tvg just read my post about cnak

pointman 06-26-2009 11:55 PM

Hollywood 7, try to salvage something from a tough night:

$40 DD 7/1
$20 DD 7/4

Good Luck!

Coach Pants 06-26-2009 11:56 PM

If the tote is any indication this race is wide open.

dean smith 06-26-2009 11:57 PM

Things I ought to know, vol. XII:

What do they mean when they reference "the sheets" or "the sheet guys"?

Thank you, Captain Obvious

(Just playing with you. Love that Captain Obvious cartoon you post.)

Rootdog1 06-26-2009 11:59 PM

#2 cant get out of the gate again...oh well..still alive to a horrible paying pk4

dean smith 06-27-2009 12:00 AM

We were dead-on with that pace scenario...

Coach Pants 06-27-2009 12:01 AM

That was...odd. OF COURSE Lurch's b.itch boy was on Schill so it shouldn't come as a shock to me.

Suffolk Shippers 06-27-2009 12:01 AM

Just hoping to get back what I invested at this juncture. Although I threw the 6 in the play for the nightcap. If that miracle happens, that would salvage things.

Rootdog1 06-27-2009 12:03 AM

So....top pick here is the #4...gonna suprise.

I like this one too, but the way things are going tonight that is probably not a good thing.

Rootdog1 06-27-2009 12:06 AM

feel certain it will be either 1, 4 or 6 that wins

Suffolk Shippers 06-27-2009 12:08 AM

Late 4 will pays:

I'm alive to the 1-5-6. I'll take it considering the chalk fest to this point.

I like the 6 in here, nice steady works since the last effort, Quinonez is doing alright, outside shot here.

dean smith 06-27-2009 12:17 AM

The story of Octavio's life...premature.

declansharbor 06-27-2009 12:29 AM

Good call Root!!

Coach, your pick looked good at a price with that move, but as you said, premature.

Suffolk Shippers 06-27-2009 12:29 AM

Nice work Root. Pretty furious I didn't have the 4. See everyone next Friday.

Thanks, not to redboard, but played $20W 4, $1 super 4/1,5,6/1,5,6/ALL, got me out of a big hole for $999. What an overlay that horse was at 6-1. Nice job yourself tonight Root!

dean smith 06-27-2009 12:38 AM

I feel a lot of love in this room right now.
