I'm seriously laughing out loud watching the Vol's play defense...All those crumb-bums do is stand around and watch. Coach was right, an NIT team in disguise.

Is Howland nuts right now? How is Collison in the game? he should be on the bench until the 3 minute mark

Western is for real. First half had me steamed. They were playing like an AAU team with nothing but street thugs in the starting lineup.
|
Damn Bruins have had a s.hitload of lucky shots in this game. God damn sickening watching these paper tigers hold on.

they are done, choke city....no composure |
I just want them to cover at this point. Sure I'd like for them to pull the upset but that's not gonna happen.
If that douchebag Greg Wolf talks s.hit tomorrow I'm going to e-mail bomb tvg into oblivion. |

Thanks Hoss. 19% field goals in the first half and they still cover.
Xavier might take those b.itches out. |
Coach I sent you a message before I read this. Just disregard it
That was a tough loss for the UCLA takers, and a miracle for the WKU players |
That was a tough beat, bid. Betting these basketball games will send you to an early grave. Thought for sure it was a push.
|
Pshew, you are telling me. Ill take the push anyday over that stomach dropper
|
Pillow...Im at work...whats the early line?
|
My guess, NC -5.5
|
wynn and caesars have -5.5 heels

I cannot believe how poorly coached UT looked last night. The althletes they have are superior to L'ville and Pearl was exposed as a horrible coach. Hes always been horrible he just recruits well. They played disgraceful last night

Not a huge fan of my chances with that line. I like your side of the bet better. Should be a good game at least. |

ugly. I have got to give a huge amount of credit to Pitino. He did something very difficult. He controlled a fairly young team in the 2nd half to keep putting pressure on but not take bad shots. Basically they wore a frantic team down. Louisville never pulled it out and sat on it offensively. They kept looking to score but with high % shots. 2ndly. They forced Tennessee to stay frantic on offense. They double teamed every in-bounds, let the guards or whoever get what looked to be an open run at the basket and then just collapsed on Tennessee. This was a great strategy that Tennessee just fell into. The Tennessee players where so used to just running full steam ahead, no ball fakes, no jab steps, no change of pace, just like a wild little boy AAU team. Very dangerous if they get confidence, but very beatable by a team that is fundamentally sound skill wise. Pearl really should be ashamed how amateurish his team looked. Pitino is awesome. His teams are really fun to watch. He has a rare ability to let his guys play, but with smart basketball. And he DID NOT PANIC. Even when Tennessee got within one at the beginning of the 2nd half. He kept with the plan a just wore a frantic team down. Great stuff. Good team play deserves to win. I think Texas is a milder version of Tennessee. Without Augustin, they would be very similar. A point guard can make a mediocre coach look good. |

Tennessee players... gonna have to go to rehab. Bunch of sprinters that got exposed by an athletic fundamentally grounded team. Sorry for the redundancy, but I love Pitino teams. |
I sense a George Mason moment coming. There is absolutely no reason Davidson can't beat Kansas (or Villanova) if they keep playing at this level.
F*ck the selection committee for screwing the mid-majors again, soon to be two TRUE mid-majors in the elite 8 but only 6 at large bids, and they pair practically all of them up. F*ck them, go Davidson |

I wonder where Augustin is rated? As a point you got to be able to harass the opposition PG in the NBA and he is definitely not up to that. And its not like you can put him on the 6'7" nonscorer on the opposition, he is not big enough or athletic enough. Reminds me a bit of Jameer Nelson. I downgrade Augustin because of his D. Please dont go. |

except Nash. And I dont think Augustin is close to Nash offensively or ever will be. I guess thats why I like Rhondo on Boston and Parker. They play D. Jacque Vaughn would have never found himself on the Spurs if did not play D. I dont think he would be in the league as a backup with any team if he did not play D. Its why Staudamire rides the pine now. But thats the Spurs. Coach pgardn does not like PG's that dont play D. Augustin's momma is a teacher. Maybe she will hold him back. Please God... |
I like both dogs tonight and Xavier to win outright
Xavier +6.5 Xavier +220 Louisville +6 |

The question for me is why does the NBA champs have a guy (Vaughn) playing backup that really does not do anything you want out of a PG. Besides play very good defense (my preference). Coach pgardn likes PG's that can harass and run a team. Augistin has shown no ability to do the first. Thats why I would take Rose over him. And Rhondo. Your MVP suggestion, Chris Paul, is a wonderful help and on the ball defender. And I will bet you Augistin does not remain a starter his first year in the NBA. The position is too difficult. If he does. I have underrated him vastly. (Please dont go DJ) BTW. Durant has found his way to the basket. He is actually shooting FT's and his field goal % has gone up. Imagine that connection. I like PG's that play D also. Coach Pop and myself. We like the D. |

Rose is a better prospect but that is not a secret. He can be a better player than Rondo. Augustin may not start depending on the team that drafts him but that doesnt mean he wont develop into a good player. Stoudamire hasnt grasped an offense that doesnt call for him to shoot at will since he smoked his first joint (a long time ago) |

This guy's worse than TrueFarm. |
I'm starting to think pgardn is the ref and he thinks Hansbro is Love.
