MAESTRO!!

Your fine work is dazzling.

Your words are my words....and so:

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Hey....non of your phony SEC teams have to play in the greatest rivalry of all sports at any level... team or individual level..

....OF ALL TIIIIIIME.

Us and Michigan do that EVERY year...thus creating false champions from other inferior conferences.

Hmmm... OSU was a phony champ last year after defeating Michigan. They had to be because if they were the REAL champs, they would have defeated the so-called 'phony SEC champs' in the national title game. Yep, I would have to say that your little rivalry is what is phony. :D

Morty you're acting like a FANatic. That Florida massacre wasn't that long ago and it sure as hell didn't happen because your team played Michigan.

Not everyone realizes that the SEC is the finest conference in all the land.

:)

Lloyd has often said that Robert Frost is one of his favorite writers. True story.

Yes and Michigan was still recovering from that brutal game which resulted in them getting beat by Hot! Hot! Hot! and AFLAC.

Oh Lloyd is ok....he just has to get into modern day football and ......just don't tell him that until after this year..ok?

Agreed.

The SEC is a fine conference and all, but let us not forget that in the other matchups of these two conferences in the bowl games last year, Big Ten also-rans Wisconsin and Penn State throttled SEC powerhouses Arkansas and Tennessee respectively.

Mortimer 10-15-2007 02:07 PM

Who here has experienced life as not many know it?

Who here knows of woe woven in gold and heartwarmth sewn from the discordant notes of the stupid woodpecker?

I know some do.

Most fail to do this thing.

Let's get back on track posters.

Another salient point that mocks the nocturnal warblings of these Johnny Rebs.

Arkansas had their hearts broken in the SEC championship game and Tennessee 'volunteered' to be losers to make the Big Ten look better. Yeah, that's it.

Mortimer 10-15-2007 02:17 PM

WHERE IS THE SNOW?

Where are downy flakes of white landing so as to make a blanket of purity for those who want so little!?

Fucl<in' aye!!

Mortimer 10-15-2007 02:19 PM

The way a crow
Shook down on me
The dust of snow
From a hemlock tree

Has given my heart
A change of mood
And saved some part
Of a day I had rued.

Mortimer 10-15-2007 02:20 PM

And now I must munch n' med.

Mortimer 10-15-2007 02:47 PM

I have munched( burp) and meditated......and my soul thus satiated....and now my belly full...or at least almost.....

..time to hear from 2 Minutes To Toast.

These are your woods, Morty. Perhaps that fire you started last week to burn them down hasn't quite gotten the job done for ya.

It's all up to you Mort, I have aborted the mission.

Mortimer 10-15-2007 07:43 PM

Back on Cajuna...I mean topic:

Who robbed the woods,
The trusting woods?
The unsuspecting trees
Brought out their burrs and mosses
His fantasy to please.
He scanned their trinkets, curious,
He grasped, he bore away.
What will the solemn hemlock,
What will the fir-tree say?

Rileyoriley 10-15-2007 09:31 PM

Sorry I was late to the snowy woods. My monitor got lost in the blizzard and I had to go by dogsled to the nearest town and buy another.
