I think this is just the beginning of these type of stories. Society has changed in the last 20 years. People used to work out issues at school, in the neighborhood, or at work amongst themselves. People used to deal with their own problems and it worked. Now young adults and children are taught to run as fast as they can to let "adults, teachers, parents, lawyers" whomever fight their battle. People under 35 seldom have had to work out problems by themselves. They have been taught to quit your job, transfer schools, let their parents deal with it etc... instead of working out their problems with each other.

Sadly, this is a trend I see continuing. I will put this in context of work but it could be dealing with issues at school or with coaches etc....
This is why it is hard to find good employees, they have never been told they made the wrong decision or their work isn't up to par. When they are,they are being persecuted or their employer is picking on them. People need to take responsibility for their own actions and in most cases work out issues amongst themselves.

I dont think that you can read Incognitos one text and understand what kind of relationship that these two idiots had. Sure in a normal setting between normal people it looks bad. However this isnt a normal setting or normal people. Regardless the fact that Martin was looking more and more like a washout has to play a far bigger role in this story than has been reported.
