The problem is the NY stewards don't care about herding at all. Time and time again they have shown they don't consider herding a foul, which makes absolutely no sense. I have said it before, eventually someone is going to get hurt and then these idiots will be forced to look into herding. Until then, all of the jocks know they can get away with it, and will continue to do it.

Hoss and I have been complaining about this for a long time. People can accuse me of having sour grapes, but I think what Hoss said is 100% right. I find it hard to believe that I am crazy for thinking that JV knew his horse was tiring and took him right into Junior's path as he saw the 2 mounting a run and intimidated that horse to stop his charge. Someone is going to get really hurt one day and they might pay attention to it then, but I guess you can't blame JV when the stewards let him get away with it.

Having said that, Junior should send out a search party for his jock strap on the track as Hoss is spot on that JV race rode Junior and made him look like an amateur out there.

I think I am in the Twilight Zone now. They let Delhomme walk on the front end, Lezcano brilliantly senses it with a live horse and makes a huge move and Overanalyze gets up over him. Unreal :wf

I didn't post a pick for the Remsen at Aqu, but let's just say that i'm, uhhh, a lil upset at that finish

I must be off my game. I should have realized it was you The Fat Man.

Hard to believe the 9 can't get it done. The 1A appeared done midstretch. Hard riding Lezcano continuing to do some of his unique work.

I agree, there was never any doubt about his ability as an excellent handicapper. All we need is a velodrome comment and there will be no doubt.

Dahoss 11-24-2012 03:11 PM

I respect Mark Casse as a trainer...but boy have his horses looked terrible this meet at Churchill.
