It's clear you don't read my posts. Or you simply are unable to understand them.

I said Johnny was unprofessional to make the public accusation of another jock deliberately threatening the lives of the jocks and horses at the press conference. They are meeting with the stewards Wednesday. He should have waited until then to publicly discuss the results.

No "sweeping under the rug" involved.

You want to talk "utter nonsense spewed on this website", we only have to read what some of you say when you are talking drugs and magic juice and horse health problems.

People, if they even hear about this, aren't going to change their mind about the sport because of this. And it's not like we're going to lose any potential new fans or bettors because of it.

On the flip side, Hollywood Park let a horse run and eventually win a race the other day that he wasn't eligible for. That thread has gotten zero responses. I'd say something like that is far worse towards the public perception of the sport than something like this.

Very true. I have to look back as I know that I bet on that race and you are 100% right, it is amazing that there is not incredible outrage over that incident. How could the Hollywood Park officials miss that? The real outrage is that anyone who bet that race that ripped up their tickets were cheated, yet it is not as if Hollywood will refund the money. Nothing can damage the sport more then cheating which is perceptively sanctioned. That is a real issue, a true theft.

Yet, this knucklehead thinks we should be outraged by a guy publically stating, justifiably, that he believes someone put his life in danger. Incredible!

Who is WE?

so there are no chemists or horsemen who have created 3rd, 4th, 5th generation performance enhancing drugs that cannot be tested for and apply them to their race horses?

and you can certainly tell everyone that Uncle Mo is fine, without looking at the horse, vet exams, blood results? because it's all black and white

Yeah, except that's not what I said, was it?

It is clear that you can't read and continuously shift issues, deflect and insult others in a vain attempt to dig yourself out of the latest hole you have dug yourself in. I put your own words in front of you and you still can't admit to that you clearly stated. Whatever state licensed you should be ashamed of themselves.

I will make this as simple as possible for you to understand. There was nothing unprofessional about what JV stated, he had every right to state it and should be praised for doing so, not critcized by a jackass such as yourself. If you can't understand that, I cannot help you. Just like a liberal jackass to make the victim the one in the wrong.

Hole? LOL - I made one clear statement. I think it was unprofessional of Johnny V. to accuse Rajiv in the press, before the stewards meeting Wednesday.

You would know about shifting, deflecting and insulting. You've given a laughable demonstration of your skills at it over the past several pages.

Coach Pants 06-13-2011 04:35 PM

This is like going to a blind dentist.

You are proof that you cannot argue logic with those who are illogical. You are right, it is clear that my posts are laughable and yours are not.

The only thing that you have demonstrated is that it is you who should be drug tested before we have to suffer anymore of your moronic twisted logic.

Watching some of you guys is like watching a bunch of nine-year-olds trying desperately to maintain their importance and rule on the playground :D

Watching Riot is like trying to understand the homeless man in Lafayette Park explaining how long and for what purpose the government has been listening to his thoughts through tiny radio chips implanted in his mercury-filled cavities.

Figures a brain dead lard ass such as yourself would be watching people exercise.

iamthelurker 06-13-2011 05:35 PM

Yeah because a pro like Johnny Velazquez needs to hear what the stewards say before he can actually know when a guy pulls a bush league "i'm upset" move 3 jumps after his horse breaks straight. If you knew anything at all you would recognize exactly what happened and be calling Rajiv unprofessional, not one of the most professional riders in the game.

Kasept 06-13-2011 08:47 PM

Rich Migliore was rather definitive today on ATR about the video evidence showing Maragh's intent and completely supported Velazquez and his justifiable anger over the ridiculously dangerous and amateurish action. Hour 2. As I mentioned today, there is a Jerry Bailey corollary to this situation.

Meanwhile, all the focus on this incident has overshadowed the day's earlier jockey hijinx which saw David Cohen (Not Now Ashley) nearly send Javier Castellano over the rail on Crushing in the 2nd race. Castellano checked up before drawing nearly even inside Not Now Ashley before Cohen abruptly shut him off. Castellano and Chad Brown were none too pleased, and Brown was already unhappy with Castellano's choices last week on firster Self Control. Will be interested to see if Cohen gets a benching for his stunt.

randallscott35 06-13-2011 08:49 PM

As someone who bet Self Control it took all my Self Control not to smash the TV with a horse 5 length best and Javy doing his thing.
