:zz: Yeah, crime is that which violates our individual rights. That's the definition. Whether they are previously arrested or not. We prosecute that.

Then why aren't you mad at the CA prision system for letting their system get so bad the SC had to order prison population to be decreased? Why were not more prisons built? Conditions improved? Etc? Why are you not working towards doing that?
