The bigger question is why isn't and wasn't the U.S. Attorney's Office going after them? Everytime a crime is commited by one of the 30,000 to be released the rights of a law abiding american are violated.

IMO This flow of 30,000 soon to be released criminals on society will be far deadlier than the BP oil spill. How long once they are released till the first murder? How long till the death toll equals the BP spill?

yeah, you really think they are just going to let out people with life sentences?

How long until some rich lawyer gets drunk and murders someone with his / her car?

I would be willing to bet that the state can EASILY find 30,000 people that do not belong in jail / prison.

:zz: Yeah, crime is that which violates our individual rights. That's the definition. Whether they are previously arrested or not. We prosecute that.

Then why aren't you mad at the CA prision system for letting their system get so bad the SC had to order prison population to be decreased? Why were not more prisons built? Conditions improved? Etc? Why are you not working towards doing that?

If somebody gets caught with crack cocaine do you not think they are getting a sentence? If someone has one vicoden that is not prescribed to them in FL, it is a felony. Felony for every pill. I think it is immoral to treat someone who has a drug addiction as a criminal. and a huge waste of money to treat said individual as a criminal.

Yeah, I think a majority of that 5% and 27% do not belong there.

I have no problem releasing everyone arrested on possession no matter what the drug. In fact release all the bookies, loan sharks, pimps and ho's not involved in child exploitation first and even second time DUI's and most any other non-violent/non-property crime offender. My point is, contrary to common belief, they are not a majority and make up a small percentage of the numbers the Supreme Court is proposing for release.

Yes the California prison system. Who violated rules set by the lower court that led to the Supreme Court making their decision?

BTW I am mad at the California prison system and the State Government for violating the original order. Ultimately it is their fault and that is why I want the U.S. Attorney to get involved. You know the same U.S. Atty who had no hesitation stepping into AZ and defending illegals. I figured if they can look out for illegals they should surely look out for americans, specifically law-abiding americans. Guess that's too far reaching for this crew? :zz:
