Al Quaeda hates the Muslim Brotherhood because they call for non-violence. Just sayin'.

But no, from what most have said, the Muslim Brotherhood won't be taking over. They work on a community level, not a leadership level.

Sue CNN they said that the Muslim Brotherhood is a sponsor of terrorism. Not me. If Egypt goes after Israel I hope Israel levels Egypt.

The MB apparently has different incarnations depending upon what country it's in (it is pan-islamic)

The people of Egypt have been very non-violent through out this. They are not a violent people, generally.

It's understood that the Egyptian military hired the Black Eyed Peas in an effort to disperse the crowd after Mubarak's resignation speech.

Christopher Lee resigned his job because:

A) His focus is entirely upon saving his marriage and family now
B) Not suitable behaviour for a "family values" elected official.
C) This is really just the tip of the iceberg - if still a GOP congressman, the scrutiny would be never-ending and even more revealing.

Seriously - don't you think the resignation was a bit abrupt? Or is he indeed that humiliated?

Riot 02-10-2011 02:33 PM

So, the statement by Mubarak is delayed an hour ... Egyptian TV now showing corruption story alongside picture of Tahrir Square crowd.

Geesh - you don't think he's fighting the army? Is he still in Cairo or has he indeed been spirited elsewhere for his national broadcast?

Coach Pants 02-10-2011 02:34 PM

Jesus told him to step down so he did.

Riot 02-10-2011 02:51 PM

Oh my god, he's talking now, and he's not gonna step down!

He's blaming outsiders! Oh my gawd .... this guy is stubborn.

He sure talked alot and said pretty much nothing. He must be thick as a brick if he doesnt get it that the people dont want him anymore. They want freedom and I commend them for seeking it and not backing down, the military is also to be commended for protecting the people.

Coach Pants 02-10-2011 03:18 PM

He wants to be a martyr.

Same song and dance with these a-holes.
