A French Horse who was, as name suggests, a French horse, yesterday at Towcester after falling.
It was only his 8th start (he was 8 years old) and of the 8 he'd won one and had fallen once before. Rest in peace. |

Dansimar was a 7 year old daughter of Daylami who was fatally injured at Sandown on the 5th. Unless I'm reading it incorrectly this was her first ever G3 try. Fenix Two and Marching Song died after being electricuted today at Newbury. Horrific. Other horses were burned in their mouths. :(

Glencove Marina was 2nd in the G1 Hennessey Gold Cup at Leopardstown. Results... http://horses.sportinglife.com/Full_...417967,00.html Glencove Marina collapsed after the line and lost his life. This was a truly black day for horseracing, and one which won't be quickly forgotten. |
