To me, this makes no sense. If your going to stand against, she would be the first one to be against IMO. She will be 6-5 and you will have legit speed in SC and the consistent Proviso around 9-1.

Mott obviously has his horses in fine form,so Proviso scares me, but I'm going with Gio/Goldikova box and that's it. Either way, I fear this could be just an oddly run race.

The way my 2 days have gone Ill be tossing it all, it will be down to QR winning and getting me the double to get out.

Well, let's see...

I had 6 of 8 BC winners and lost money. Did not cash a ticket. I only bet exotics.

4 out of 5 of the P6
3 out of 4 in a P4
2 out of 4 in a P4
2 out of 3 in a P3
3 out of 4 in a super
2 out of 4 in a super
3 out of 4 in a super

Glad the BC comes around once a year. :wf

How in the F can you be 4/5 in the pk6?

ateamstupid 11-06-2010 06:53 PM

Gave back most of the cash I won yesterday. Disappointing.

knickslions2 11-06-2010 06:54 PM

Day 1 lost $185

Day 2 up $695

Can't complain especially with the big exacta in the classic

Yeah I'm ecstatic. And I don't know who or what Jopa is.

I see I am a minnow in a pond with much bigger fish. Eldaafer was my only winner on Friday, $2 across the board. All multi-race tries went down in flames, then there were my 'displaced exactas' (horses 2nd and 3rd) that pay zero. Down $20 for the day.

Today, I got smart. No multi-race plays, just one lottery ticket (Pick 6) for few bucks. Bet a couple of horses across the board - Willcox Inn and Chamberlain Bridge. Up $20. I also had an exacta of Goldikova and The Usual Q. T. - if Gio Ponti had been blocked just a little while longer...., Profit down to $18. Oh, well.

Total loss for both days is just over $1000, when QR stopped like a mutt rat pos rat mutt, I really wanted Z to win.

How'd you feel out of the gate, when he's lefty the entire (not very short) run to the 1st turn?

Princess Doreen 11-06-2010 07:39 PM

$5 across the board bets on 9 horses got me by money back. It beats losing money.

I felt pretty ****ing bad right from the opening bell. Not one second did I think he was going to run big....
Sad thing is my confidence in him grew at the weekend went on, as Todds horse kept running huge.

MaTH716 11-06-2010 07:44 PM

Hit a nice little pick 4 today and a couple of small vertical wagers. Up about $500 from the two days.

Con****ingrats... Keep bragging. :D

hockey2315 11-06-2010 07:47 PM

I got annihilated. I have never been so off over that many races. I did like Goldikova, though.

I didn't start the thread big man ;).

Besides if you saw what a f'n madhouse this place was and what it took me to get that bet in this morning, in between a soccer game and a birthday party, you would be absolutely estatic if you broke even for the weekend , let alone win a bit. You have kids, have you ever tried to handicap and watch races in the middle of absolute bedlam also while catching dirty looks from the old lady? It's not fun and you usually miss stuff, thankfully I did alright.

I'm sorry about the buzzsaw you ran into.

Before we broke up, YES. It was bad.
